With stars going dim
And the sun sits silent in the sky

There are hurts we face
And the human race
Has times that we ask why

Seems the blue days track me down

And the world doesn't want me around
I feel sometimes without a friend

And my life has reached the end

Life can start again

You recall after the fall
It still was not the end

Like a bird in flight
Flies with all it's might
And stays high in the air

The bird has no doubt
What birds are about
And flies without a care

It shields carefully its young

Sings songs needed to be sung
When it flies its final flight
You can know it conquered life
