Steady flow of calm and poise
Blackness of the seamless sky
Like stars scattered in a black dye
Spine resting straight on bed
Soft pillow beneath my head
Me shifting into my dreams
Away from filthy chaos it seems
A transcendence into utter stillness
No pain of life and no heaviness
Just me and my slumber deep
Until dawn it's my turn to sleep
