When it comes to poetry, Matt knows where it's at
He captures our attention, we're under his spell
Thanks to the greatest tutor, Matt
Each Friday we came along and sat
Any doubts we had he would dispel
He's the best and that is that
On to the pages our words would splat
After some tweaking, they didn't smell
Thanks to the greatest tutor, Matt
Even when he wears his teachers hat
His sense of fun shines through as well

We all know you're really swell
