A floral reminiscence.
Those petals, so tiny and wrinkled,
how mysteriously you enchants me.
Utterly shattered by the strong winds,
your purple impressions on the wet roads,
embodies loyalty, peace and pride.
Your torn apart pieces resonated,
every inch of my heart and soul.
My bare hands picks up,
you profound beauty, you fallen flower,
brings a flash of my old memories.
A lonely walk after the school,
rain, umbrella, my backpack and you,
you lying all across the ground,
little splashes, here and there.
I envy the birds who chirps beside you,
the cold breeze swirls around you,
as you happily reside on treetops.
And one day, you silently says goodbye,
its when your friend autumn arrives.
There she goes the blooming pride of rain,
again keeps me awaiting for another year.
