Odyssey of no Return
Time is leading us into the oblivion
You can say an odyssey of no return
On this journey we can stop and stare
Or take a moment to catch our breaths.
None of this world can change its course
The journey is fixed and so is the direction
None can fathom the intensity of the force
By which we are drawn towards the wall.
We can live and love while on this train
But such freedom will not come again
For when we arrive at death's terrain
Darkness shall fall upon our brains.
Life is ephemeral, live it, love it
Now and then, eat your best meal
In spite of the pain, dance in the rain
Death pays no attention to our pains.
