To her lover ; medusa
Blinded by curtains, snakes in disguise
- sting like rose horns - painful beauty
they say love will make you blind
but. this one; it didnt. love can be pretty
bloomin' like flowers in her heart
but oh they had been only lives apart
a monster they would call her lover
she would not understand; she couldn't
medusa gave her their eyes - now she saw.
no; she knew the one she loved was the one
who had been lying under the monstrous cover
" so you are a monster, say such they
but what ? may be it, let be it "
heart - shaped pouts that came along
the rose had resisted the powerful blow
lovers they had been, lovers they would still be
blind love - it wouldnt dare to glow
later night it was then, they fell asleep
but mortals would never long forever much
love ? we dont know , we cant say
it is only they who will know
- only they who would say -
