From Eagles to Falcons
Corruption and Nepotism makes us far from
the reality and the disadvantages of greed
The systems and policies were built to betray us
The reason our politics wears a mask
then democracy holds a toy gun
See this country is a chess board
Where ya all just acting pun_
What's the need for a house of representatives
when all what they do is representing thieves_
Workers salary is not being paid
The electorate are just being played
Dictatorship hides under the Vail of democracy
Our constitution is rusty before corrupt practices
Godfatherism is a six decade long problem
Our lenses are blurry, our sentiments blinds us
Nothing really binds us, even religion divides us
"Hypocrisy is the reason why hunger dey bite us"


The colors are fading
Sokoto is safe, the caliphates protected
But my brothers in southern Kaduna are dying
A tribute to Benue and all who have fallen
I hope after this I'm not convicted as a felon
Sowore and Ala witnessed the same violence
There's really nobody ready to break the silence
The labour of our heroes seem defeated,
So we're gonna take the bull by the horn
Get your daggers if you don't have a gun_
Brace yourself, be prepared for battle
We're all bruised, our injuries are fatal
Anger is our weapon
We have lost this country to fear
Our leaders lack compassion, our voice is in despair_
Sometimes I ask if patriotism is a blessing or a curse,
The irony of justice is that moment you believe you're safe_
It's time we protect us, cos' no one really cares.
