It's normal,everyone is on their phones so I'm not addicted
continually, consistently and commitedly you come back again and again becoming afflicted

You're not junky hooked on weed,so it's not that bad right?
But as soon as your phone is in sight you're like a fish that sees a worm on a hook you just wanna take a bite...(sigh)

Doesn't matter if you're alone,in class or Church
you gatta get that hit if dopamine
Constantly in search of that exciting new trend,to send to your best friend coz you tend to think alike
