Hope in Change
I have come to the conclusion I am in a state of confusion
I undergo fission and fusion
Constantly apart and together
It comes my attention I have no tether
I hold fast under pressure but I’m under the weather.
Once more and again whether or not I’m convinced prepared.
The answer lies in this hole that I stare
I do not fall on my sword or lean forward.
I take a leap of faith.
I hope that I will fall into a better place.
