Tall, handsome and dark,
The gents watching our back.
Courageous, caring and hardworking, their families; wife and children the reason they work.
Action is their talk,
So serious and allergic to silliness but they happily create fun for families and sometimes with the kids they can joke.

Their looks/fashion and how they are always smart,
How they always look great,
on their favourite shirt and hat?
The brew they drink with nuts as they speak from the bottom of their heart.
How they won't let their children get hurt.
That's more than love,
Their hair cuts, have you seen how they shave?
Trust me everything about them is just art.

Our dad's, their roots so black
Oooooh they really Rock
more than a gem stone, they are the strong pillar of our families a whole block

Even without expensive toys such as PlayStation.
Enough love with sufficient affection,
Security and protection
That's what make them mare than great
Without forgetting they put food on our plate.

Like father like son
Our fathers resemble the Sun
Source of our brightness
They mould us to stars
That's why we shine

Some apart from love
They had nothing else to give
So broke,
But ensured us children don't stuck
Showed us how to read,write and talk
Papa gave us direction and on their path is where we walk

Generation after generation
Great problems and disputes they are the ones who provided solution
Freedom fighters,
Fought for our land and communities

Being a dad is more than just being senior its a brand
Its a responsibility in between showing out love and giving command
Provider of land
Their names shared by both their children and wife's its just more than giving out a hand.
