In life's grand dance, we seek for gold,
But happiness, through health, we're told,
No riches vast or fortunes grand,
Can match a body strong and mind so grand.

Wealth's a tool, a means to share,
To live a life beyond compare,
Yet if desires are all you chase,
True contentment you may not embrace.

For in a healthy mind, we find the key,
To unlock life's joy, to set hearts free,
With satisfaction as our guiding star,
We find happiness, no matter how near or far.

A body strong, in vibrant bloom,
Lets us savor life, dispel the gloom,
With every step, each hearty laugh,
We find the world's wonders in our behalf.

So remember, as through life we stride,
In health and joy, let us take pride,
For in this balance, we find the way,
To cherish life's riches, come what may.
