She That Lives
A figure for mine wary eyes
Every evening, on my way-
This figure I meet, impeccably dressed
It sauntered, as if the world is hers
Lipstick-coated lips and rosy cheeks
Mascara full lashes and lined eyes
Wavy, shoulder length brunette hair
Assorted gold pieces dotted ears and neck

A figure for mine wary eyes
Every evening, on my way-
She's got toned arms and
A flat tummy underneath
For her tank top is hugged nicely
to her body
Her breasts pushed up and shoot to the skies
A leather jacket adorned her top
Zipped down, only to reveal the curves

A figure for mine wary eyes
Every evening, on my way-
They walked towards me
Those very long legs
Concealed in a pair of denim
The nicest trainers graced her feet
The steps she took, a beauty to behold

Bespoke, I stood in awe the moment she spoke
A voice as smooth as a velvet
It caressed my being, like my mum 's back from the grave

"I lived a life, I died within, never really lived.
I wish I knew then, the things I know now, I wouldn't thus be spent.
And now, I choose to re-live a life I lost.
Be sure to live yours and not die while living."

A twinkling beam and she's gone
I know I will see her tomorrow
A figure for mine wary eyes-
Every evening, on my way.
