I feel like the most disgusting thing on this earth.
i feel like I'm not doing real.
I'm not being real.
I feel like I'm just going against myself, there is something inside me that's not mine a voice or some foreign body.
It is controlling me.
Shutting me down smothering me gaslighting me and worst thing is that I'm letting it happen.
I'm being cold and cruel to myself by letting it win over me.

I'm starting to mend with it, identify it as my own
