Betrayal
I can say I'm a true person,
Not hiding in a mask full of poison,
I treat people with respect and compassion,
Show them decency in conversation.
As I start feeling comfortable with the person,
I'll share most of my valued information,
My secrets, my struggles, and my ambitions,
Enjoying every moment with admiration.
But what would these people do?
Break your trust and disappoint you,
Disrespect you and lied to you,
Then act nothing as if they didn't hurt you.
Tell me, am I wrong in trusting you?
Am I wrong for being true?
If not, then why did you have to pursue,
The plan of making me feel too much woe.
