Hopeless Romantic

Being alive to live in full, content with my sins and open to the heart that accepts me for me. Wondering when life will push me forward, living life with meaning instead of wait, hoping to fall in love before 50, not be be hurt, but to live life with thee, to have a family to build our legacy.
To wonder such things to be secure and to have an equal is why us Hopeless Romantics, just stay in last place instead of first. Ever since the New age, I wish I could of been born in 1900, 1920, 1960, even to live in the 80's in my teens instead of my youth, to be able to fall in love the classical way, to ask her out, pick her up, open the door for her, close the door for her, help her with her chair, ask her to dance, treat her as a queen, to give her life, to guide her to our happiness.
In today's world it's more of fights, arguments and exotic dangers that makes her vulnerable, which is okay to an extent but not one that causes her harm. Oh what I long for nowadays, at 35, never smoked, dont do drugs, being a single father and wanting so much more, but all the good lasses are either taken or in an abusive relationship without a way out.
What I long for, with these dating apps you find more hackers than you do real people and all the old people you find at bars with all the junkie women in clubs, never have I ever seen someone in a club or in a bar worth talking too out of the places I've been always wanting to move west or back home to Russia! You only see what you seek in movies and shows, but never the real deal.
It's sad and lonely, and although it breaks my heart, I do long for it as a hopeless Romantic. 10 years waiting to move forward, afraid if waiting another 10-30 yrs never knowing when my ticket is going to be expired, never knowing how I'm going to be judged for the way I lived my life.
Oh the days I wait, longing for the future, oh how I wait.
