I'm tired of turning the page,
Dampening my finger to flip a piece of outdated paper,
Papercuts from the same dull sheets.

Tradgedy after tradgedy,
They never change,
They'll always be the same.

I'm closing my book.
It's always the same words but under a different chapter,
The same insults,
The same sneers and smears,
I'm so sick of all the words.

I just wish this book wasn't about me.
