The river that flows down the hill,
Is never able to be a moment still,
The rocks and pebbles at it's edge,
Lie as steady as the dead,
The plants, weeds and mosses,
Move as fast as light,
Because just like the rushing wind,
The river can't be stopped,
Just like the raging beast,
The fire can't be quenched,
The river flows on and on,
Nothing can stop it.

Guess what!
You are that river.
You can't be stopped,
Because you are you,
And that is your power.
