A walk on a beach,
Both, on our bare feet,
So close and within reach,
A conversation brief but sweet,
I feel your silence as we take each step,
You smile at me, I reciprocate,
just a few days ago, I thought I'd lose you,
But here we are, walking together,
You reach out for my hand, I smile,
I hold yours, you're here finally,
I'm never letting go this time around,
" I love you" I say calmly, you smile at me,
"I love you too" you say staring at me,
I looked into your eyes and yes I love you,
I choose you over and over again.
