grim to rim -
- Rim.
Threw out old boxes,
Regrets and photographs,
Empty pockets and lockets,
Old feelings under the wraps.
Swore to never look back,
And mend the heart' gaps.

Met one a bit more of my kind,
Nice,soft spoken,majestic and divine.
Cartwheels in my stomach ;
as we lock eyes .
Urge to hold seconds longer,
whenever we bid bye(s).

Walking down the road;
Wandering through streets to home ,
It took me back to where
We used to roam.
Ain't it funny how things been perfect,
And I couldn't be more happier.
But a corner of my heart says
With you it would have been merrier.
