As a kid,
Eagerly searching through bags,
hoping Mom had brought me something,
returned from shopping...

Years have passed,
and I've grown,
but the excitement still remains...

Even now,
I find myself rifling
through the bags she brings home,
just like when I was a child...

Those small moments of joy,
Surprises of simpler times....

Some things never change...
