With everything that life has to offer,
There's so much to be enjoyed,
But the pleasures of sleeplessness I suffer,
Is the one I cannot avoid,
I get overwhelmed by little things,
sometimes by just a simple little noise.
I have flashbacks sometimes regularly,
I can't help I got destroyed,
I strive to be a healthier, happy, better me .
I just need the right guidance and support,
crying out for help, Can you hear me scream?
can you hear the pain inside my voice?
