What is Power?
Is it control?
As in compared to a console?
A remote in my hand
And I have the power over every command.
What is power?
Is it oppression?
As I feed off everyone’s depression?
Forcing them to need me,
While preventing them from leaving.
Saying “You are Free”
But in their eyes, they disagree.
What is power?
Is it attraction?
Leaving the infatuated, desperate for interaction?
Eager to please, but never finding satisfaction.
What is power ?
Is is intelligence?
Being able to lead with elegance?
Or knowing when being lied to…
Them weaving, hoping, too thick for you to see through.
What IS POWER?
Is it physical?!?
This is rhetorical!
Because we all know,
It’s only logical,
that being over powered,
Is NOT only physical.
