Childhood, the sweet memories
It passes in an instant
When childhood ends, so grows
the pain, we never expected


As the years tick by, we grow
Our world grows colder
The friends, the laughs, the smiles
They'll grow ever fonder


Growing up is hard to bear
Our pain, it never goes
The burden of adulthood
We now must carry alone
