he arouses the desires of short-lasting,
and empty cares;
he summons entertainment
using your feelings; the language of your flesh.

when the devil whispers in your ears;
it may indicate that your spirit is asleep
not connected to the throne of grace;
you are locked away from whatever God has to say
and you are in harm's way.

when the devil whispers in your ears;
remember quickly the need to pray,
remember the position of the spirit,
and cast yourself under the protection of the Almighty,
for he only wants to cause you a lot of hurt.

and when the devil whispers in your ears;
be not consumed by fear
if your heart is right, you will see the light,
but if you see only darkness,
you really need to pray.
