What if we reversed
all that we know
and changed the path
of our world so cursed

Taking all the hate
and turning it to love
would maybe restore empathy
in those with a bitter fate

Leaving eyesight behind
so we could learn to see
and care about one another
as if we all stood blind

Take all the always on the go
and slow things down
giving our undivided attention
to what should matter most

Erasing all sickness around
putting life back into this world
and taking all that is lost
back to being found

No color, no status or race
just soul's only human
with no judgement in store
ending ignorance and haste

Taking all the weak
and making them strong
allowing no more violence
just peace to seek

Forgetting the word religion exist
and put power back into prayer
realizing no matter what we believe
we all came from the same exact list

What if we reverse
all that we know
and change the path
of the world we have cursed
