A year well spent,
Neither a gloom nor doom.
Sounds glorious compared to what I spent,
But here is my pen dancing to shukr.

Started with high hopes and dreams,
Then all shattered in a blink.

Lost myself in my dream,
Eventually find myself but it was only for a while.

Amidst all struggle,
I came back stronger and tougher.
With prayer and consistency as a shield,
A sharp sword indeed I wield.
