No Faith
Ever heard of a mystic?
They can literally feel and touch Him
That's what I happen to be
Therefore no faith for me
I feel so fortunate to actually know
That God exists and listens for sure
The first time it happened to me
It scared me half to death you see
I was praying for someone I nearly fought with fists,
A friend recommended to pray for him and I distastefully went along with it
As soon as I was done praying
My entire body lit up like lightning
I jumped up from my kneel
My mind still in a reel
Eventually I made sense of it
I asked around quite a bit
It's when He reaches down and touches you
Why me? I have no idea or clue
I swear though it's true
And not just a one time thing
When I'm spiritually sound He often gives me a zing
So no faith for me
I know for sure Who's waiting for me
