I CAN'T HAVE YOU,BUT IN MY POETRY WE'VE LIVED A THOUSAND LIVES
I’ve spun a world where you and I
Have danced through dreams beneath a midnight sky,
Our bodies pressed, a fervent, burning heat,
Each verse a taste of passion, wild and sweet.

We've walked on shores, our clothes a careless throw,
Skin on skin where moonlit waters flow,
Our whispers blend with the ocean’s sigh,
Your touch a spark, igniting heart and thigh.

In shadows deep, we’ve shed our fear and shame,
Our bodies burning with a whispered name,
In tangled sheets, we've found our sweet release,
A symphony of sighs and stolen peace.

With every touch imagined, every kiss,
We’ve mapped the contours of forbidden bliss,
In pages inked with yearning and with grace,
I’ve felt the heat of your imagined face.

Though distance and reality conspire,
In poetry, we kindle hearts on fire,
I can’t have you, yet here our love survives,
For in my verse, we’ve lived a thousand lives.
