Amongst the forest floor
Alone did one, bare
No shimmer, no shake
No leaves to rustle
In sudden unexpected winds
Pushed past it's trunk
Ever so lean
To the left and with a sudden twist
Spread branches wide and far
A welcoming arm, it seemed
To greet
Whomever it was
Unexpectedly passed by
Welcomed
A comforting seat
Rest peacefully
In natures soothing balm
