your face on my little screen
your green eyes
your blond hair
your pink smile
so I try not to stare
I don’t answer quickly, I wait
because you’ve left my heart waiting for you to come back for years
I don’t want to get used to you again
because I’ve run out of tears
I can’t possibly be hurt by you anymore then I already have
