looks for you tirelessly
with desperate zeal

they’re incombustible heartbeats
hungry of us

they’re kisses from my lips
fluttering all around you

they’re crimson desires
burning our tongues

it’s your body and mine
yearning for each other

it’s me breathing your absence
with your name between my lips

it’s my longing to caress your days
and dance all over our fears

it’s immortalizing every one of your smiles
and drawing you in all of my dreams.


It’s this desperate urge
