Time Waits For No Man!
Tick, tock, sounds the clock,
Clearly declaring it's station at every turn.
With its striking sound, it declares,
"Hurry, hurry, there's no time to waste.
Make haste to achieve,
Before it becomes too late!"
But then, many still do not heed its call,
And end up regretting when their time is long gone.
Being too old to pick up their trails,
Sitting weak, unfulfilled and alone,
Haven missed their life's purpose train.
Suddenly, it strikes still --- the clock,
Singing, "tick, tock, tick, tock",
Sounding audibly again in reminder,
Changing positions no matter the weather,
And saying,
" Now you see that in life,
Time waits for no man".
