Half Of Me
~From "Heart And Strings Collection"~

My flowers in garden have I picked for you, oh beauty from Mykonos.
Feel the scented palms of nature
Oh thee! Of beauty!
Exalt majestically as a queen.

Roses are red and the
Skies are blue.
The grass is green
Yet I know my love is unseen
And that you have no clue
Quit running and come to bed.
Let's merry for the night has a limited time.
And the universe can't wait to see us as one.

Let the elders gather for
The battle of my heart has finally
Seen a willing victor.
Call all Athenians together
For we are going to give praise and worship in the house of Dionysus.
Mother of knowledge and wisdom
My own have I looked upto since last I recall.
Athena, may your days be prolonged!

Apollo granted me the powers of a wordsmith
And I forged art out of misery
I gave time a chance to rethink it's course.
Centuries to come would be
Amazed at my love story verse.
And would admit to the powers of words spoken.

And to my dear Lulu,
Like a scattered seed on the farm land.
So are my words to grow in you and produce bountifully.
For what's a good farmer if customers don't appreciate his efforts?
He has his tractors and I have my pen.
Claim yourself as eloquent.
For there are thousands that have walked past this earth.
And yet none could have had the chance to gaze at Drich The Poet.
