This is the difference between the alphas and the betas.
The alphas know that there is no room for quit, no room for error unless you learn from your mistakes. The betas complain about everything and everyone. They complain but don't do the legwork. Alphas know what absolute exhaustion is after a hard day's work, whether it is physical or mental labor. Alphas fight for the good of themselves and everyone around them. Alphas are fighters by nature where betas follow but don't lead. I know that I have become an alpha because I can't stand it to have the people around me waste resources and their potential for a quality of life. I didn't used to be this way but hard knocks change a person.
