Twist
Not so easy to look past,
deeds,and words,
of another ,
that are the same that came from you,
not such a lie,
something you can deny,
no,
not when it's right beside you...
your heart is bleeding,
his voice is cracking ,
maybe your seeing ,
but I'm not believing,
back behind you ,
before you heard his tears,
you never heard mine ..
So what do angels have that a child could never possess,
a god, a demon, a Grey place that exists..
Truth was tortured,
intentions pulled,
but it's his words you hear,
not mine still echoing in your graveyards,
I came disarmed ,
I came for peace,
A new beginning,
love and family ....
Not so easy to look past,
you with your shovel,
digging holes in my garden ,
for spite and laughs..
Now he's feeling the sting,
from someone like you ,
that knows it keeps happening.,
and knows how it's going,
shattering every window,
you yourself let go,
don't worry ,
the damage started,
will merge with what you left,
Not so easy,
when someone takes your ptey,
looking at another shows only what you are ,
you have his tears ,
mine are gone.
What do Angel's have that a child could never process,
broken pieces ,
But never a mess.
