If I Should Die Tomorrow..
If I should die tomorrow, just let me be
Without fanfares or mournful dirges sung
In silent peace, with no regret or plea
For life is but a fleeting moment sprung
From timeless depths, a spark of fleeting fire
And all the world must dance where fate has flung
Our fragile souls, free from desire's dire
Hold not to earthly things nor earthly gain
But strive to love and live, until we tire
So let me go, release me from this chain
And let my spirit soar, forever free
If I should die tomorrow, just let me be.
