I have lived so many lives by 35
That rather than it making my cry
I sign
Relieved I have survived
I have fallen so many times and yet
I have not lead a life of regret
Beaten, broken and abused
Mocked, laughed at, used
I am still pulling through
Unaware when my light shines through
I unfortunately do not have that view
Keep it moving see things through
Life’s misstep forming a patchwork tattoo
Living life past tomorrow never drowning in my sorrows
I have lived so, in act one
Next act will be lots of fun
