The journey has come to an end,
Weaving through meandering paths,
Sometimes alone, often with a friend.
Travel has taught me much in life,
Laughter, great wisdom and cheer,
Deep sorrow, regret, fear and strife.
As I gaze now to a Heavenly home,
Peace, joy and comfort abound,
There is no more need to roam.
