A stars bloom
TALL TALES
I saw a shooting star,
quite ridiculous,
the thought crossed my mind,
but there it was, the notion dawned fleetingly,
the flames it left in it's trail seemed to resemble a blooming flower, even if only vividly.
Perhaps,
It was this blooming flower I saw,
I felt all the other stars seemed mediocre,
like having fell from grace.
