Remember me
I am a fool.
How I wish
things could be different.

I wished for you to remember me,
Maybe a revenge
for trapping me in your memories.

A cloudy sky
And your voice rings in my ears,
"Guess who's a pluviophile?"

A withered lily,
And how you miss your
"estranged sis."

The park, our bench,
The cafe, our order,
Even my room, my own abode,
A lingering ring of your laughter.

I am a fool.
How I wish things could be different.

For as the fool I am,
I wished for you to remember me
As I do you.
You may not believe me
When I say,
That was what I wished for
On the shooting star, when
We first held hands
Beside the myrtle tree.

And now you do
Remember me.

For the messages I missed.
And the calls I hung up on.
And you remember me
For the latter smiles that didn't reach my eyes,
And the sorrys that screamed hollow.
And you remember me
In the mistakes that make me, me
And your tears, I squeezed,
Your heartache , your pain,
Your sorrow i caused.

I am a fool.
For you do remember me
for all the wrong things.
