Jealous of the wind...
Fear keeps me grounded, and I feel safe
in my stance
But I envy the wind and its wild adventures
The wind whispers in my ear as it chases
leaves along the path
Its laughter echoeing in its wake
As it continues
The wind gusts, then swoops - high up
into the trees,
Calling down to me from the very top
Teasing me with rustling the highest most leaves
As I take a step forward, and then stop
The wind then swooshes back down to
the ground
Making a quick pass...
in my stance
But I envy the wind and its wild adventures
The wind whispers in my ear as it chases
leaves along the path
Its laughter echoeing in its wake
As it continues
The wind gusts, then swoops - high up
into the trees,
Calling down to me from the very top
Teasing me with rustling the highest most leaves
As I take a step forward, and then stop
The wind then swooshes back down to
the ground
Making a quick pass...
