The days were unending as were the nights,
She waited and waited and waited,
But there seemed no hope in sight,
The glimpse of the snow in her eyes,
The mesmerizing voice made the faded lies,
The pain knew the depths of my love,
I brokedown so hard but managed somehow,
My eyes are now in a war with my heart,
I knew about this end from the start,
But your smile mesmerised me someway,
Even after stopping myself I got convinced to stay,
My eyes were filled with raindropes that noon,
My mom called, with a heavy heart, I told I'll be there soon,
Forgetting that in my heart I'm with the funeral of my feelings,
For me the whole love's definition was just you, maybe for you it had different meanings,
I saw you with another girl, and pacified myself that she was just your friend,
But never figured out that would be our finest end,
The trust I kept on you made myself feel restricted from seeing the mirror anymore,
Because the heart was shattered and the scars were still giving me sore,
I thought will meet in dreams,
Never knew you would become my nightmares in harsh streams,
Your heart weaves devasted my calmness and peace,
I would never be forgived my myself or will never be at ease,
Thank you for this beautiful return gift that you gave for my love and care,
You proved the world that even true love of someone can't get their life fair...!!!
