War with our Lord
I will try to live and love, as I always have;
But, if this is the path he wants, then he shall get his glory;
This life I want, I can't seem to have;
But what is done, I must prevail;
So here I go, Off to war;
Where I belong, To hell I go;
I have repented, more times to count;
But his love for me, is not enough;
I did his bidding, I've fought for my soul;
Thus, idk what else to do?
So to war I go, Forgiveness is what I want;
I just want a family, and to mean more than a weapon;
But to him, That is what I am;
So I am used, and here I stand;
Stand I may, Broken in two;
Fuck you, O'Lord;
This is what I am, I deserve more than misery;
I fought my battles, I've fought my wars;
I deserve to be happy, Why am I tossed;
One day ahead, I pray for Salvation;
With my salvation, I make amends;
To forever be, Happy and Whole.
