"Old Age" by Samridhi Sahay

Old age is a tender age,
Which is like being in a cage.
Old people are like infants,
Who are unable to speak or chant.

They walk and sometimes they fall,
Their childhood days they recall.
Thin ,lean and pale they appear,
The less they remember and hear.

Old people need love and care,
But they don't get it everywhere.
This tender age is often neglected,
And old people are dejected.
