I wish God would reveal himself just one time, so I could show all my friends, look, there is God isn't he so Sublime?

Listen, hear his voice serene but bellowing like a sonic boom. There in the sky his glorious face Illuminating like a radiant full Moon.

His love would lift away the poor and the unfortunate tears, Atheist would run in the night, drowning in their fears.

Tyrants would wring their hands, praying for another chance. Crooked politicians wouldn't even bother, knowing it's their Last Dance.

The blind rejoicing, swaying and singing with the deaf. For in God's love they will never know lack, or ever regret. The cripple, running, praising his name, loved ones rising from long forgotten graves.

But perhaps God is not so far, not so distant or aloof.

God is in our hearts, in our souls, in every truth. The bible says God is everywhere, in every breath, every sight.

Maybe if we feel God is Love, Wisdom and Grace, perhaps on Judgement Day, God and Jesus will free us from our earthly bonds and take us to heaven where we can love him everyday and rejoice
