The earth breathes, the people seated on it breathe, deep as the lake before them, lulled and soothed
You were warm and warmed me, you were wise and taught me, you were a presence all of a sudden then not at all
So I am warm now, through the shiver of an unsteady heartbeat, rhythms out of order all of a sudden then not at all
