Depression
They pitted the schizophrenic patient, who was once as they exclaimed a "Gifted Child".
But only if they knew, he had been pre-diagnosed with depression, would they pity themselves.
He was a brave man who couldn't handle failure,
Thus detaining himself of the embarrassment.
He plunged into misery, isolating himself from chaos.
Not knowing where he was being lead,
drugs and opium B became his salvation.
He was turning towards a point of no return,
shattering from within.
No one as he said "could understand me", and was it true, indeed.
He felt entrapped in the opaque word of self-pity.
And he found no men who could drag him out of that misery.
He could be saved and so could I,
but, depression is still a questionable condition that our Indian families have no knowledge about.
We are not pretending to be bad, we have forgotten what good means.
For once, deal with us without being judgemental.
even shining positions lose its shine, but we do polish them, don't we?
