How will I show to my sons,
A God I do not know.
How will I explain to them,
A God I do not understand.

The one who goes beyond tongue,
Tongues in their thousands.
The one who lives above word,
Above the words of mortal men.
The one that money can not buy,
Can not buy an audience with Him.
Reveal to us

The one that made the star,
In splendour and Majesty.
The one whose words are Yea,
Are Yea and Amen.
The one whose mercy endureth,
Endureth forever more.
Reveal to us

The one that makes all things,
Both seen and unseen.
The one with life eternal,
Eternity without count.
The one who died for men,
Yes, mere men like me.
Reveal to us

This is a father's tears to make known the unknown to his beloved children.
