Salute the one who chines the meat,
She cooks and pays attention to the crooks and nannies.
Ventures out to improve the checkbooks.
With shoes that grind on the cuboid,
Bringing stress of rheumatoid
Or puts pressure on the navicular,
The Achilles in particular.
Treasure her,
with self care.
Engulf in the need to improve.
Regroove and regroom.
