Let me paint you a pretty picture,
There's so much in it to be learnt, just like a book of scripture.
There's still darkness to be found in a place that's full of beauty,
With shadows lurking where the light always performs its duty.

See the garden blooming with colours bright,
Within lies the night beneath the light.
And every rose with petals so fair,
There're thorns lie hidden, just waiting there.

Even in the laughter and the cheer, you hear,
Hides echoes of sorrow lingering near.
And just behind every sunset, golden and grand,
Holds the night within its hand.

While wisdom whispers through the trees,
with secrets carried on the breeze.
And for every truth that light reveals,
There's a deeper mystery that it conceals.

So as you journey, open your eyes,
And see the world through a wise disguise.
Embrace the beauty, but recognise the night,
For within the shadows awaits insight!!
